The surveys show that people are happier when their jobs are more efficient and that in turn the technology contributes to the increase in the level of care. Technology has the ability to simplify people’s jobs, decrease mistakes, and increase consistency. By providing the benefits of efficiency and job satisfaction the business is better off both from morale and typically from a monetary viewpoint.
