		<description>I completely agree that traditional management isn&#039;t useless in the virtual world except where it&#039;s useless in the traditional world.  It will take an ability to manage if you want to manage in a virtual world.  It will also amplify bad management because of a lack of proximity.

		<description>Managers definitely have to make adjustments when entering the telework environment, but I don&#039;t think traditional office management is useless in the virtual office.  It&#039;s like one of those &quot;magic eye&quot; pictures: get your nose up in it, focus beyond the picture, and slowly step away until things come into focus.  I&#039;ve had some luck crossing my eyes too, but that doesn&#039;t quite create the same metaphor :-)
