I am a fan of John Jantsch’s (@ducttape) blogs and also his Duct Tape Marketing book. His site and blog can provide small business owners a wealth of information. Recently, I found his e-Book on how to use Twitter for Business and I believe that John does an excellent job of outlining some of the ways that you can utilize Twitter. I would recommend it to anyone who is active or thinking about being active on Twitter for business reasons.
