John makes a great point that companies may be asking the wrong question about telework. They are asking why do they want to when they should be asking why don’t more ask about telework. It is a great point that should be asked.
This is truly a topic in the workplace that is getting a lot of focus. The current paradigm is definitely being questioned and it will be interesting to see how enterprises react to the questions.
