I have spoken with the owner, Gary Anderson, a few times about the product. I will honestly say that I had never really used it before. Sure, some simple tests but had not actually corresponded using the product before.

You simply log in, click record, and tape your video message. When it’s complete, you tell it you would like to email. It attaches a url to your video message to the email and you specify the email details. Click send and the person on the other end gets a personal greeting or response from you.
