Earlier today I was speaking with Bill who is the mind behind the Rebar Business Builders blog.  He was telling me about an interesting CRM product that sounds like it is a pretty great deal for small businesses.  Right after we spoke he posted a blog post about the product offering and I thought that you might be interested in reading about it:

The tool sounds like it would work pretty well for small businesses that are looking to run email campaigns and such.  ACT! is a pretty well known CRM tool that has been around for some time.  Also, it sounds like the Duct Tape Marketing Network may have a pretty price setup on this tool.
