Over the past months I have gotten the opportunity to chat a little with the blogger-in-chief at FreePursuits.com, Corbett Barr.  Great guy who writes about the concept of Lifestyle Design.  Lifestyle Design is the concept of building your life to be the way you really want to live and then finding/building a way to finance that lifestyle.  This runs opposite of the traditional model of finding a job and then building a life to fit that job.  I have been very interested and inspired by many of Corbett’s posts on this subject.  It is really something that seems to fit my personality.

Corbett has just released his first e-Book.  It is called “New Economy Superstar“.  The general premise is how the economy is really changing and really how technology has driven that change.  He discusses many of the concepts of how the Internet, Social Media, and mobility are really changing the rules at an ever increasing rate.  I think that topic will be very interesting for many of the Refocusing Technology readers and I would highly recommend taking a look at Corbett’s book.  AND don’t worry there’s no cost and no requirement to sign-up to be able to read this book.  I am certain that you will find that Corbett is very interesting to read and that you’ll probably want to give him a follow after reading this book.
